KIDS KORNER – By now, you are probably asking yourself what is CiA?  CiA stands for Children In Action and is a comprehensive missions education organization, for boys and girls in grades 1 – 6.  Here at KFBC we are going to include our kindergarten kids.  We will be praying for missions, engaging in missions action and witness, learning about missions, developing spiritually toward a mission lifestyle, participating in the work of the church, and supporting missions.

 

Through participation in Children In Action, children will grow in knowledge, understanding, and application of the Bible.  They will also learn from the example of missionaries, believers, and hands-on mission action what it means to actively engage in ministering to others with the  compassion of Christ.

 

CiA Pledge:  As a member of Children in Action, I will pray for missions, give to missions, learn

The month of September takes CiA to Hollywood, where they will find many people involved in the “action” of the movie industry.  Agents will learn how missionary Victorya Rogers shares Jesus with Hollywood workers, and encourages Christians to become involved in Hollywood.  Please join us this month praying for Victorya as she witnesses and ministers to the needs in Hollywood, California.
